1. About My Arrangements

All guitar tabs and sheet music available on this website are personal arrangements by Jone Ruiz.
I create these arrangements by ear, for educational purposes, and for fans who want to learn video game and anime music on guitar.

2. Original Copyrights

All original compositions remain the property of their respective copyright owners, including but not limited to:

  • Nintendo

  • Game Freak

  • Studio Ghibli

  • Square Enix

  • Other respective publishers and composers.

3. Licensed Music via DistroKid

Most of the songs featured on this website and my Spotify channel are licensed via DistroKid.
This licensing covers:

  • Distribution of my recordings

  • Streaming on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube

  • Monetization of my original arrangements of these songs

For these licensed songs, both my recordings and tabs are cleared for distribution.

4. Tabs for Educational Use

All tabs sold on this site represent my personal transcriptions and are provided for educational and personal use only.
When you purchase a tab, you are:

  • Buying my arrangement work (not the original sheet music).

  • Granted the right to use it for learning and personal performance.

  • Not allowed to resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of my arrangements.

All courses and digital products sold on Jone Ruiz Guitar are protected by copyright and licensed for personal educational use only. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any course or digital file (including PDFs, tabs, bundles, lesson files), you agree to the terms below.

  • Access and stream all course videos included in your purchase.
  • Download included PDFs, tabs, and resources for your own private study.
  • Practice and perform privately using the provided materials.

❌ Prohibited Use

  • Sharing your account or login details with anyone else.
  • Uploading, posting, or redistributing course videos, PDFs, or tabs on any platform.
  • Reselling, repackaging, or republishing course content or tabs in any format.
  • Using the materials to create a competing course or product.

License Type: Purchases grant a single-user, non-transferable license. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of access without refund.

9. Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)

We want you to feel confident investing in your learning. For paid courses purchased on this site, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase in the following cases:

  • You are not satisfied with the course and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate purchase (accidental double payment for the same item).
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and cannot be resolved.

Exclusions: Because tabs and bundles are delivered instantly as digital files, tab-only purchases are generally non-refundable unless there is a duplicate purchase or a confirmed technical access issue.

Note on free promotions: If you enroll via a 100% off promotion (e.g., limited-time free access), no payment is collected and no refund is needed. Any reviews you leave during promotional periods may remain visible after pricing returns to normal.

10. Checkout Agreement & Enforcement

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. By completing your purchase or enrollment, you acknowledge and accept the Licensing & Usage terms (Sections 1–8) and the Refund Policy (Section 9).

  • Accounts found sharing content or logins may be suspended without refund.
