About This Arrangement
“Out of the Cold” is a hauntingly beautiful track from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011), composed by Jeremy Soule. It plays during the game’s more reflective, wintry moments—perfectly capturing the peaceful, snowy wilderness you’re exploring.
Arranging this for solo guitar was a deeply satisfying challenge—I focused on translating the orchestral calm and ambient textures into fingerstyle form, preserving that serene, almost haunting atmosphere. It’s ideal for quiet practice or for evoking a cozy, nighttime mood.
